Do you like hash browns with onions and sausage and fried eggs?

That's what I had for breakfast today and yesterday. I have a hot plate for my grill.

I grate the potatoes and add onions and stick them in the microwave for 2.5 to 3.5 minutes (toss them after a minute or so) that way all I need to do is brown them.

Yes but not with peppers like a lot of people prefer.

Yes, sounds good. Might as well add some green pepper, bacon, ham, and sharp cheddar while you're at it!
