Hint:

There is an infectious disease lab 10 miles from ground zero.

If an outbreak started in the USA, ten miles from the CDC in Atlanta GA, no one in the world would believe the disease came from anywhere but the CDC. It would be absurd to suggest otherwise. Why is this different for China?
