Wow, that was really impressive. Congrats to Brady and the Bucs. Brady cemented his status as the GOAT.

Bucs D should get MVP. Held a historic offense to 9 points and 0 touchdowns. Incredible.

IMO Tom Brady just achieved the single greatest Achievement in sporting History.

to Literally go to the losing-est sporting franchise in sports history...

which hadnt won a playoff game in 13 years.

To lead that team to an 11- 5 winning record and to the playoffs

To Then have IMO one of the greatest and hardest Post season runs in History Beating former SB MVP's Brees, Rodger and Mahomes(3 of which were on the road) to lead TB to SB...

again IMO I cant think of a single better INDIVIDUAL achievement in sports history

The Bucs won the SB in 2003. There are far worst franchises: Brown, Lions, Bengals, and Cardinals. The Lions have ONE playoff victory in the last 63 years.

This is probably the single worst statistic in all of sports.

I'm sorry but I think this is factual just wrong

I've seen many tweets quoting that The Bucs are in fact The Losing-est franchise in sports history(not just football), but statistically They are the losing-est franchise in all 4 major sports(or at least the were at the time of Brady's signing)

is it factually correct to state The Bucs were/are the losing-est franchise in sports history

I agree The Lions seem like a much worse franchise considering they only have 1 playoff victory and no SBs in the pas 60 years +

but The Lions have had more Success WINNING OVERALL than The Bucs

I dont think its "one of the worst statistic in all of sports." at all

Bottom line even you feel there are WORST franchises in The NFL than the Bucs...but you still have to at least recognize The Bucs were "ONE OF" the worst franchises in the NFL, You still have to recognize The Bucs hadnt one a playoff game in 17 years and hadnt been to the playoffs in 13 years..This is ALL TIME bad stuff here

so its not "the single worst statistic in all of sports." because Its perfectly illiterates just what an accomplishment it is for Tom Brady to sign with such an ALL TIME historically awful franchise(Literally the Worst) and Immediately win a SB in the first year

to Literally take a team that was 7 and 9 the year before, had not made the playoff for 13 years, and reports were out the BOTH The head coach(Bruce Arians) and GM were going to be fired at the end of this year if there wasnt SERIOUS IMPROVEMENTS in All Categories, and then In his first year, In A Pandemic where Teams had no training camps(which would be incredibly important for A 43 year old QB going to a new team and new system literally for the first time in his career) to Lead That said team to a 11-5 record, Make the playoffs(for the first time in 13 years), save both The GM and Head coaches Job, Win A playoff game(for the first time in 17 years), Beat 3 Hall of Fame QBs and 3 former Super Bowl MVP's(2 on the road) to Win the Superbowl and become the only QB ever to start and win SB's in BOTH the AFC and NFC.....

ya its not "the single worst statistic in all of sports."....Its a perfect statistic that illiterates the ABSURDITY of what Brady accomplished...

I get it though....There are Brady Haters out there...I dont know if you are or not....I mean I can understand I guess you or someone else having the opinion "Look it was impressive, I admit that, I just dont think Its one of the greatest achievements ever"

I hope thats where you are at....I hope your not in the delusional Brady Hater group making up excuses for Literally ALL 7 SBs

and the reason I brought up that BOTH The GM and Head coach were going to be fired at the end of this year had the team not made serious improvements is because..

HAD they not signed Brady this year, that 17 year playoff win-less streak and 13 years without making the playoffs would likely turn into 20 Years +

Because Thats a complete REBUILD....when you fire BOTH the GM and Head coach, that means you are looking to start over, You hire a new GM, to bring in "His OWN Guys"...you make that decision knowing You are giving this new "Group and staff" 3 or 4 years to build their team and program...

So, Its not an exaggeration to say Brady Literally Changed The FUTURE of the franchise....If Brady doesnt sign there....The Bucs probably have a sub .500 season...Both GM and Arians are fired and right now The Bucs are probably just getting There new GM, New Head Coach and New Staff in Order and Trying to figure out how to trade up in the draft to draft a QB...

Instead, Brady Signs, Wins The SB, saves the GM's jobs(Literally buys him another 5 years minimum in the role) Punches Bruce Arians ticket To The Hall of Fame, A feat Arians would not have made had he not WON a SB and instead been fired after 3 losing seasons in a row at TB

theres SO MUCH to what Brady did this year and thats IMO why what Brady did this year is the greatest individual accomplishment in sports History....

Its also why IMO The Bucs Signing Brady Is the greatest single season Free agent Signing of all time!

Sure you can say the Bucs have the worst statistical winning % in the league, but in the discussion of the worst franchises, I think most people would recognize the others I listed before the Bucs because they won in 2003. The Bucs don't have the worst winning % in the playoffs or in SB appearances. Some franchises have SB winning %'s of 0 because they can't even get there. The Bucs have accomplished more in the past than the Lions and Browns in less time. Nobody cares about overall winning %. They care about winning divisions, getting to the playoffs, getting to the SB, and winning SB's. Those are things that make franchises good or bad.

Go online and look at any lists of the worst NFL franchises of all time and the Lions, Browns, Bengals, and Cardinals round out the top. Go listen to the radio and when people talk about bad franchises, those are the ones they talk about. Because they are consistently awful and never win championships. You're right the Bucs are a historically bad franchise, but they have accomplished more in the past than quite a few others in a shorter amount of time.

I'm not sure how one playoff victory in 60+ years and since 1991 is not one of the worst stats out there, but 17 years without a victory is crazy?

I'm not trying to downplay what Brady has done at all nor am I saying it wasn't one of the greatest accomplishments in all of sports. To take a team from 7-9 to a SB victory the next year is crazy. I also don't think anyone will win 7 SB's. All I'm saying is there are worst franchises out there and that the worst franchise is not defined by a regular season overall win %. There's more too it than that. That's sports.

they killed the raiders in that game.
