Glenn Close in 'Fatal Attraction' is the scariest female villain I've ever seen in a movie. By far. Just thinking of the look on her face after she fights Michael Douglas in her kitchen, when he's slowly backing away and she's just staring at him... TERRIFYING!
Also Sharon Stone in 'Basic Instinct' would be a favorite of mine. But that's mainly because she was the first woman I ever jacked off to, lol.
