Green Room, directed by Jeremy Saulnier.
It has a good cast and a lot of claustrophobic action scenes if you like thrillers.
Saulnier also directed Blue Ruin, Hold The Dark, a couple of True Detective episodes and Murder Party which was a fun, silly horror comedy.
He’s a damn good director.
The Jeffrey Dahmer story.
Very good.
The new Netflix series is excellent if that’s what you are referring to.
I have read and watched a lot of true crime stuff and this is a rare instance where the victims are treated like real people, some of them are given background info, lives and families apart from replays of the gruesome fates they meet.
It’s really very compelling TV but also very sickening.
I winced a few times! I love silly horror movies but this stuff actually happened to real people. It’s scarier than a horror movie.
The guy playing Dahmer is the spitting image, it’s eerie.
EVAN PETERS...AMAZING ACTOR...TORE IT UP THROUGHOUT AMERICAN HORROR STORY'S RUN,WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF MULTIPLE X-MEN FILMS AS QUICKSILVER AND FILLED IN THE GAPS WITH EXCEPTIONAL MOVIE WORK...I REALLY LIKE THE GUY.
shareI forgot his name but yes, he was great in AHS and in X-Men.
This guy is one to look out for, he’s got chops!
His resemblance to Dahmer is crazy, kudos to the hair, makeup and wardrobe departments👍
Yeah that's the one, loved it me and the mrs watched it all over 2 days.
I like the references to him that I never noticed before, one in stranger things and the other in demolition man.
Seeing as I don't know what your prior criteria is, I'm just gonna say The Empty Man (2020). Saw it a couple days ago and it's still with me. I'm still thinking about it and going over it in my head. It's complicated/complex. And even though, in the end, it doesn't quite add up to what they're telling us, I still enjoyed it very much. 👍👍
