The earliest I can think of for me may be Bambi. I remember seeing that in the theater and the ending. I wonder how many other parents were mad when they saw the impact on their children.
No, but I do remember my first adult movie theater. Wild times!
shareSesame Street "Follow That Bird" and saw it at a $1 theater. I can still watch the movie on occasion today at 42 and enjoy it.

shareEither Toby Tyler or Pinocchio. What I do remember during Pinocchio was being horrified when he went into the ocean and into the whale. At that time, being 4 or so, I did not yet know how to swim and so was somewhat terrified of the water, outside the confines of a wading pool.
shareUnfortunately yes. I was taken by my mum along with my two brothers to watch Return To Oz. I was 4 or 5.
I climbed on my my mum's lap and cried for pretty much the whole film.
I didn't watch it again until I was in my mid 20s 😅
I think mine may have been "Bambi" as well. Either "Bambi," "Snow White," or "Sleeping Beauty"...I can't remember which one I saw first.
