Last night I watched M3GAN with my 10 year old daughter.
She chose it and enjoyed it. When I asked if she found it creepy, she just rolled her eyes at me, lol.

shareIt's above average. Could be worse.
shareIt was her choice - I warned her that it was an ok 6/10 film, but she insisted, so….
shareDoes she get that from you, your wife or the internet?
shareNow watch Chucky with her.
A movie that is actually scary not just a second rate knockoff where they put an attractive young female Zillenial in place of the creepy doll.
No wonder 10 year old doesn't even find it scary. 2020's horror movies suck.
We will get round to it. I’m just introducing her to the genre gradually (we did Alien the other day).
shareI loved that film, I gave it a 7.5/10
It's not necessarily scary like a horror movie, but the themes and ideas it explores are interesting and socially relevant.
I thought it did a better job than the Child's Play remake, although I liked that one as well.
Yeah, the Child’s Play remake was pretty good. I preferred the evil demon curse of the original but AI gone bonkers is pretty scary and cool too.
shareIt was fun and not too heavy.
