How can I give up smoking, when all the great movie stars did it?

Smoking is cool as fuck. All the great movie stars did it on screen, from Classic Hollywood right through the early 21st century. Cinema shapes culture and educates us on what's cool, and smoking has long been established as something that serious dudes do.

When I'm smoking in public, I feel like I'm channelling the classic movie stars I love, and I know that everyone is looking at me, thinking I'm one cool motherfucker. How on earth do I give that up?

I'm not sure if you're sincere or just trying to mock do-gooder propaganda. But if you wanna smoke, smoke. It's better than stuffing your face with donuts.

And it does look cool now that all the sheep have quit.

Most of them died relatively young.

The rat pack alone looked like they were in their 90's when they were in their 60's and 70's.

In all seriousness - I wonder how it's looked at now by the youth. Smoking that is.

It was totally cool when I started back in the 80s.

Seems like it's passe now.

One wouldn't have a clue. The only thing one can say is if you smoke, you should quit (as I did). You'll be glad you did.

I went to to one of those shows were they show dead people and pieces of dead people and the lungs from a smoker didn't look so good.
