Quite a good actor, but...
PB has many great performances. I don't consider Bond among those. Personally I consider all other Bonds better, tho Craig is debatable. PB plays Bond cheeky, but only Roger Moore could pull that off.
Considering PB's considerable acting ability, why does he ape Bond in movies like November Man when those movies are more serious?
