Don't even bother making them then. 5 seems to be too much anyway after us having to wait all this time for the sequel.

Admittedly I'm not a fan of the original, but are there actually people who have been waiting on the edges of their seats for these sequels?

I’m not a fan of the original either. But I am a fan of James Cameron.

I have hope that after spending so much time/years writing these “Avatar” movies etc, that the man who brought us “Terminator” 1 & 2, & “Aliens” has something up his sleeve… Right?

I still have trust in him as a story teller & will give him a pass on the first movie. Simply because he got absorbed with the spectacle/CGI progress with “Avatar” & let the story fall by the wayside. And hopefully he’s paid attention to the complaints of the first movie’s story.

Cameron’s a serious person & has been keeping his head down, working on these films for over a decade now. Passing up many directing opportunities. Which again gives me some hope that he has something interesting to tell here. Because there’s not very many interesting original sci-fi/action adventure movies being made today.
So I do have hope… But if this one sucks too, I’m out.
