We all have an ass. What's the big deal? What is it that you're doing with it? Sure I like a nice ass too. And YES, I'll add points for a nice ass on a woman, but I don't deduct too many points in the ass department. Unless it's huge, and in that case it's a Failing grade.
That's a terrible thing to say about a woman. Nobody "needs" fake boobs. I used to think this way when I was immature and in my 20s. I'd see a flat-chested, attractive woman and think exactly that, "she would be perfect if she only had boobs".
But now that I'm older, and actually been fortunate enough to "sample" some As and AAs, I have never been more turned on in my life!
Leave them alone, and don't ask them to artificially mutilate their bodies.
