She is front runner to win her Second Oscar!! Who knew?

That would be interesting. She is officially Hillary Swank! Two good movies with two good performances in her adult career, although Hillary is by far a better actress. She will also be like Hillary Swank by beating Annette Bening twice if she gets nominated this year. lol So strange. She is not a very good actor most of the time, and she is usually in unbearably bad movies,but she is good at playing wooden characters that are distraught.

I wouldn't say her Closer role is iconic. She didn't win and Oscar, and it was not the best movie. I mean, if it is iconic at all it is because there was a lot of talk about how stupid it was that she was playing a stripper that never stripped. Most people stated that she didn't fully commit to the role and that is why she lost the Oscar. Also, its pretty clear she is acting. She was really miscast. Also, if she would have won for that role and Julian Moore not winning previously for her role in "Boogie Nights" would have been so laughable and a smack in the face to a real committed actor like Moore that was playing a porn actor that actually bared her soul while Natalie just looked really pretty with a pink wig on.
