A real nice guy...
I attended Annandale high school the same time that Mark did. In fact in my sophomore year he sat right behind me in home room (where we sat alphabetically). He was a very nice kid. I was painfully shy in those days and he went out of his way to include me in card games being played after testing in our home room was completed. I have always been grateful to him for doing that.
