NCIS Character is boring.

I'm not sure why they added Lauren Holly to the cast of NCIS, but I find her character completely boring. She adds nothing to the show, in my opinion. I just don't buy the "tough" act but maybe it's just her acting abilities. Director Shephard is not an interesting character at all. Love the rest of the cast though.

I never understood the business about why someone thought they could fool her into thinking her father was alive or why they'd want to. Just seemed like confused writing. I actually kind of liked her character and thought it would have been interesting if she and Gibbs had gotten romantically involved again.
