Why does she speak that way?
It's so damn odd.
Religion: A crutch for those unable to accept reality.
If you're talking about her voice then yeah it's because she clearly just speaks that way. Although my god does it annoy me. I know I don't have the best voice in the world but something about it grates on me. I physically cannot watch Voyager because of her and I know several other people who have said the same.
