What happened to her career?

I mean yeah she's still doing projects but in the early 2000's she was still doing big, major films like "We Were Soldiers" and I remember in the late 90s she had a slew of films out.

But starting in the mid '00s it's been primarily a bunch of made for TV movies and TV guest spots. Why is this? I've always thought she was great and a stunning natural beauty.

I thought she'd get more opportunities and become a well-known star after The Last of the Mohicans and Twelve Monkeys.

She has Revenge, a TV series for ABC slated for Fall 2011.

He basically said she got to age where Hollywood refused to keep employing her. She realized she was smarter than all those Hollywood execs and branch out to writing and directing.

Well, she is the star of the new show, "Revenge," a mystery-soap opera kind of show that opened tonight on network tv. I was sorry to see that she's had "some work done" on her face, but those dimples were on display and those just couldn't have been faked. She certainly has kept her figure...
Too bad that in pre-show advertisements, they only showed the young thirty-some year old gal who was "seeking the revenge." But Madeline had the top billing and was featured prominently in the show. Nice to see her again.

Dimples??!? What about her lips?!? She went to the Cher Hall of Fame of bad lip surgery there.
