I've heard in passing, you know the rumor mill, that he's a great guy, but has anyone ever actually met him in person to confirm this?

Just wondering cause I'm a big fan of his work in the Pacific. It'd be a bit of a bummer to find out he were kind of, you know, not nice...

This guy strikes me as a dude who's only "nice" to the people he's working with. He seems like a douche. I haven't heard one nice thing about him. He has an aberrant sense of humor and he's a complete azzhole to fans on his Facebook.
