I didn't know she was Irish, until I watched an interview of hers on youtube. She was talking about her movie Awakening, and how she went to a lot b/c she was irish.....but I could be dead wrong

Maybe she's half and half. Who knows. She was Polish on FOL. And with a name like McKeon, I always assumed she was Irish or Scot. 'Mac' is Scot, though. Right? And 'Mc' is Irish? Am I correct?
shareActually..there's a good way to find out-just GOOGLE "McKeon" on the acestery website-and it will definitely tell you the "origin" of the name and from what country it comes from...

"Mac" and "Mc" both mean the same thing, "son of". They're pretty much interchangeable between Scottish and Irish (I got both in me). Most Scottish and Irish names come from common origin. McKeon and MacKeon would both be from the same clan, Keon itself may also be a Scottish/Irish name in some cases, the "Mac" and "Mc" have been shed by many people.
shareShe could have some Native American in her, maybe?
