Forest's left eye - what happened to him?

I'm finally catching up online with watching "Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior" and I noticed that Forest's left eye looks swollen; like he got punched or something - yet it's noticable in multiple episodes. I don't remember him having this in his earlier work.

Did he have a stroke, a heartattack or something? I'm just wondering if this was a health issue.

If you meet someone in person, I trust you know better that to ask about an irregularity or handicap.

So how is this any different?

It's none of your business.

Perhaps the OP just wants to reach out for some sense of community.
