So Lucy tweeted about receiving a call from someone whom wants to re-invigorate the Xena brand:

Had an interesting call from a chap who wants to re-invigorate the #Xena brand. You guys may have started something.

Yes, I wonder what that means? I'm guessing the "chap" is a producer or represents a studio or production company?

I assume this call was to both her and Rob. The way she worded it......

This is going to have the fans abuzz for a long long time, now that they know conversations are taking place.

I was wondering if her tweeting this was a purposeful business move by her and Rob. Testing the waters? Getting the "buzz" out there may reach the ears of "people in the biz" whom may take an interest in helping to get Xena re-invigorated, as Lucy put it.

A couple of popular sites picked up on it. 'The Mary Sue' and 'Blastr.'

Very interesting. Lucy must have meant a call to their house. The chap might want Lucy in the project somehow though. Hopefully it won't take years to find out.

that "different form" makes me think it could be an animated series, or online short animated films/episodes. I don't think it's anything live action.

If it is what I'm thinking it could work, something like Avatar: the Last Airbender series. It was an epic series with comedy very similar to Xena, come to think of it the show had similarities in characters. Aang/Xena, Katara/Gabrielle, Soka/Joxer, Zuko/Ares, Apa/Argo...you get the idea. They could even try to make the animation more life like if they go the short web series route, a bit like the Star Wars stuff. I'm getting too ahead of myself.
