I think he's a decent man that was just unequipped to be President and surronded himself with horrible people which made his presidency a disaster. Seems like a cool guy to chill and have a beer with though.

Bad president... absolutely.

In hindsight, Bill Clinton was an infinitely better president than the lesser george.
