Not all that pretty... yet strangely attractive...

I have to chalk it up to her personality and the way she moves.

If I just look at her features, she would rank barely more than average. However when she smiles and when she's animated on screen, I can't help but find her a rather attractive woman. In fact she seems to have a bit of a tomboy charm with her Office character which is a refreshing change.

It just goes to show that sometimes personality and expression can be the key to true attractiveness!

Just saw her in season 2 of the wire, I liked her.

I actually just started watching The Wire and thought she was terrific.

Great actress. Very attractive IMO.

I thought I was alone. She is cute, but I think it mainly has to do with her talent. To me, a woman who is great at her job is a BIG turn on for me (Tina Fey falls into this category too)

she's pretty average looking, but there's just something extra about her...she has this sparkling look in her eye or something. She looks so wholesome and sweet on the Wire - it's very attractive. Not so wholesome in Gone Baby Gone though haha
