shareThat's the thing I think. He bops around so often that it's hard to pinpoint where he's at exactly. So the pizza boxes in a brand new video made it easier for the American authorities to point the Romanian authorities in the right direction as to his current location and request his arrest. Something along those lines. It's all just speculation right now though I think. But that's what's being reported. And since the alleged crimes happened in Romania, involving an American woman, I guess it was the Romanian authorities that had to arrest him not England or Dubai.
