Ukraine = Gondor
Recently watched LOTR, and noticed the similarities here. Gondor protects the rest of Middle-Earth from the horrors of Mordor.
So, Ukraine is like Gondor, and that other nation, you know, is like Mordor. :)
I see Ukraine as Texas in 1836. They were invaded by 6000 soldiers but they overcame the odds and won.

Ukrainians are resisting Putin, who is a dictator just like Santa Anna was in his time.
Santa Anna combatted slavery wherever he found it. If that makes him a dictator... But I see what you do: Putin fights against something you call "normal" these days, no matter how right or wrong it might be in the end. As long as it is American(TM), it can't be wrong, n'est-ce pas?
