Grooming can be an adult with a child or someone with power that has influence over another, like a boss/assistant.

It's not limited to children. The key to grooming is someone in authority gradually conditioning the person they have authority over in order to manipulate them and have them accept increasing amounts of affection over time. It is most pervasive with adult/child, but is not exclusive to that.

I don't know the details of whether or not she is a groomer, but declaring the age of the alleged victim is not a counter argument.

Seriously? She seems to be a stupid bitch but that picture is completely harmless.

This may come as a shock to many people, but when I was growing up in the 80's, it was not uncommon for mothers to "pop kiss" their children on the lips. Considering that she was born in 84, she kind of grew up in the same time that I did, and I suspect that her mother was this way with her. There is nothing wrong with this picture at all.
