Divorce Settlement - the outcome

- Property portfolio split up between them
- Kids to live with mother most of the time
- Special access to kids on special days (eg. birthdays)
- $200k each month in child support ($2.4m/year)
- 50% of healthcare, security, education costs
- Both must attend minimum 3-hour mediation about any dispute with the party failing to attend losing the right to any decision on the matter
- Both must attend religious activities
- Children must undergo therapy / counselling

Let's hope he settles down with the social media outbursts so he can put the kids first and make sure they're taken care of with.

"Both must attend minimum 3-hour mediation about any dispute with the party failing to attend losing the right to any decision on the matter" and "Children must undergo therapy / counselling" do rather imply that the relationship is at the stage of Nightmare Fuel.

"- Both must attend religious activities"

What?!

reply

That's one of his insistences. He found gawd during their relationship and wanted her to tone down her ho act but she didn't want to tone down her ho act so that's why they got divorced.

Your post does not address why they must attend religious activities. What does that even mean?

reply

When hammering out divorce settlements, both parties have their "demands", aka, the things that each party insists upon. One of his demands (insistences) was that they all attend religious activities together. I thought I was pretty clear about what I was saying I didn't know that I would have to repeat it in a different way.
