The two year mark is the determining factor. If it's before the first two years are up, it will count as her first term. If it's after, it won't. She could theoretically be president for 10yrs if Sleepy Joe were removed or resigned at the right time. Then all those dead folks' and phantom mail in ballots would have to be cast for Kamaltoe.

If Khamala becomes president after 2 years have passed, does she needs to run through democrat primaries or is she considered as the incumbent and she doesn't have to?
And that might lead to her being elected even with a very low support since the democrats would be again "anyone but trump".
