How come Jared Leto get a nomination at the Razzies but not this girl?

Her acting is just horrible. No soul, dead eyes. A dead tree has more to offer.

Agreed, she was horrendous beyond belief. Worse than Leto, which is saying something.

Possibly because she wasn't in the movie for very long. Despite being the villain, she probably only had about ten minutes of actual screen time and most of that time had her being silent or speaking in a made-up language.
