I've always had a facination with films about aliens that try to take us over by imitating us. Here are all the films I know of that follow such a plotline. And yes, I also included some television shows as well. (I did NOT include movies that end with the main character waking up and finding out the whole thing was a dream.)

Not a movie but the TV series "The Invaders" was very similar plot wise to IOBS and many of the actors from the movie guest starred.
