Two Endings - Myth?
From a young age I read in a lot of articles that there were 2 ending to this movie. In Japan Godzilla came out as the victor. In America, Kong was. He was just shown swimming away. I imagine it must have been the same in Japan. So if that’s “winning” then ok. But then later on I’ve read that this was a myth that there were 2 endings to this film.
For me it makes sense that they would’ve done that, it wouldn’t have been too hard to film alternate scenes to suit both continents but what say you all? Do you know for a fact if this is the truth or were there 2 endings or is this a myth? Can anyone confirm this one way or the other for sure?
