Who Was the Craziest?

Oh, Marnie was crazier! Mark was more evil than crazy.

Marnie was nuts. Mark was a perverse weirdo who took her on as a challenge, and ended up healing her. They’re an interesting pairing that’s for sure.

Mark was determined.

Nowadays, people just give up because they saw some "red flags" or whatever.

Meanwhile, there's also black slag "Ride or die" which means you do not give up on your friends.

Not giving up on a loved one is noble and chivalrous.

Mark turned into Sherlock Holmes to figure out what was wrong with a person he loved and believed in. He was "unflappable" which is another word not used much today.

Also, Marnie wasn't "crazy" in totality, she just had crazy behavior because she was an innocent child who lived with a prostitute and got raped. So, Mark knew that about her. She's a good person who got driven crazy rather than someone like her mother who was dumb, crude, and corrupt.
