The Blue Underground release of THE MILLION EYES OF SUMURU is incomplete

I just saw the BLURAY release from Blue Underground video release of THE MILLION EYES OF SUMURU and I was surprised to see that it is an incomplete version of the film at 79 minutes! I have a DVD-R of the theatrical print of the film which clocks at 88 minutes which means Blue Underground's version is missing about ten minutes of the film and even IMDB & WIKIPEDIA clock this film's running time at 95 minutes! Two of the missing scenes from the BLUE UNDERGROUND video release is the scene when Frankie Avalon chases after his partner George Nader in a Chinese Junk(boat) after Sumuru's women capture Nader and put him a their barge. But then Sumuru's women attack and sink Avalon's boat with a rocket. In the complete version, you see Avalon escaping the explosion by jumping off at the right moment but Blue Underground omitted that scene! Then in the film's finale when Sumuru's island blows up, Wilfred Hyde White says on the police boat that it looks like the end of Sumuru and that no human could survive such an explosion to which George Nader responds by saying who said that Sumuru was human. But Blue Underground cuts out the following scene when Sumuru's girls played by Maria Rohm and Salli Sasche then look at each other with knowing glances that they know Sumuru is still alive and then Rohm says to Avalon"well now that this is all over, we can both go our separate ways" to which Avalon responds"No, you and I have unfinished business" and they both kiss when the island finally implodes and the end titles come up. And that part of the film's ending doesn't appear on Blue Underground's release. Is it possible that Blue Underground got a hold of a TV version of the film that is much shorter than the longer theatrical print? If so, then Bill Lustig of BLUE UNDERGROUND has failed in giving us fans the complete theatrical version of this movie, when his video company is well known for releasing complete versions of the films he releases on video.
