You know you're an American Graffiti fan when...

1. You've listened to ALL the amazing songs on the soundtrack, and memorized them by heart (specifically Surfin' Safari, Barbara Ann, and Book of Love)!

2. You've made the XERB radio station choir as your ringtone :)

3. You've based your wardrobe on at least 1 character (in my case it was Cindy Williams' character!)

4. You've Google Mapped the filming locations.

5. Whenever you hear or listen to The Beach Boys, you always think of this movie, and not "Full House" like most people your age!

6. It's on your bucket list to visit Petaluma, CA.

7. You've flicked someone off and said "Drop Dead" as a comeback, just as Bobbie does to Curt!

8. You've made the film poster as your cover photo on Facebook.

3. There was a guy in my neighborhood who based his wardrobe on Candy Clark's character.
Does that qualify?

....you're sitting around with your wife and she comments on this or that as something she likes that you're not crazy about and you say:

You would, you grungy little twerp!

and she responds by calling you a "big weenie" and saying if she had a boyfriend that "he'd pound you"!

Had to come straight here to add this one.

You know you're an American Graffiti fan when you watch the race at Paradise Road and the '55 Chevy's subsequent demise on Youtube and in the comments someone says "He wasn't kidding when he called it a 'field car'" and you bust out laughing.

When you watch the "Making of American Graffiti" special, put it on mute, and read the subtitles, and trying to make your voice sound like the people on screen.

"Thanks, guys." "So long, partner."
