Favourite 80's Comedy Movies

Just watched Ruthless People for the first time last night, I absolutely loved it, and I am obsessed by 80s comedies at the moment. Just wondering what other similar 80s comedies films people would say are in the same vein as Ruthless people, or would be reccommended by fans of the genre. Obviously we all know the famous ones, Beverly Hills Cop, Gremlins, etc - my personal all time fave is the breakfast club. I'll start off by suggesting Trading Places, Couch Trip, Fletch, Throw Momma From The Train, LA Story. Any other suggestions?

Wise Guys with Danny DeVito is a underrated 80's comedy classic.

Hot Shots! Okay, that was 1991, but still funny.

There is one film I am pretty sure is 80's.

The only scene that I can describe is the mother is in the kitchen and the something on the stove is moving in the pot - a funny scene. I thought it might be a John Hughes film but I have searched but don't have enough info or the names of the cast. Maybe it's all in my mind.

But I love to watch 80's films.

I used to work in Manhattan in the 80's and the film "The Secret of my Success (1987)" is so spot on for what it was like in the go go years of the 80's in NYC. The other 80's film that is so spot on would be "Working Girl (1988)". These are the 2 that come to mind and I am sure there are others as well.
