Did De Niro base his portrayal of Capone off of Trump?

I definetly got the vibe while watching this. I mean the way Capone bloviates about how great he is and puts on this front like he is this great leader when he is anything but - this really, really reminded me of Trump. Not only that - but the body language, the hand gestures he does while he speaks, and his overall demeanor really reminded me a ton of Trump.

Did De Niro model his performance of Capone off of Trump? Or did Trump model his vibe and demeanor off of De Niro's portrayal of Trump?

What kind of halfwit cares how Trump talks or walks? One of the many differences between Capone and Trump is that Trump actually was a good leader. When he was president, all of our lives were far less expensive, almost everyone was employed, and a real effort was being made to control the southern border, which made all of us safer. The best thing that could possibly happen to everyone in the U.S. would be for things to again be like they were in 2019. Even the morons who can't comprehend it were better off then.
