The book but really didn’t like this
Movie? I’ve read the book multiple times and I’ve tried to enjoy the movie but it just feels off. The rather wooden acting and characters that weren’t fleshed out bothered me. The 2 strengths of the movie were the old guy that played Jud and the boy that played Gage ..

Anyone prefer the movie over the book? If so, why?

Oh for anyone that likes this movie and hasn’t read the book please do yourself a big favor and read it - it’s one of Kings best

The novel had an extremely hot sex scene that's not in the movie. Though very few of us would be eager to see these two leads in the buff and grinding on each other

The book scared the hell out of me while reading it. The movie didn't give me that intense fear at all. I enjoyed the movie but prefer the book. 😊
