Think we'll get a season 4? What's your guess.

Which season did you prefer: two or three? I have yet to see three and would be interested to know if it tops two which I feel is "Twin Peaks"'s best season despite being unwatchable once Laura's murderer is revealed.

Three. It's the culmination of David Lynch's surrealist vision, and with the freedom Showtime allowed, he was able to really just run wild with it, and explore every corner of his imagination.

I agree that season 2 dips drastically after the killer is revealed, although I do like a few scenes here & there, including the very last scene of season 2.

If they do, they need to do it like season 1. Have a staff of writers with Lynch, and different directors to interpret his vision. As cool as the whole "Lucas I'm gonna do this all on my own" aspect of season 3 was, I would like to see a Lynch version mixed with other talent.

Part of me could see Lynch hanging up his hat because I think his goal was to get people thinking and spinning as many wild theories as possible which he accomplished with season three. If he did make a season four, he'd probably give a few answers and a lot more questions, and the later is what would probably draw him back. No matter how crazy a fourth season might be I want it.

Season three was just a huge troll job to the people that liked the original series.

Plus, it was a huge waste of Kyle MacLachlan.
