The haircut is very much a product of
the time. It’s similar to what Chynna Phillips was doing around that time.
I realize that, but not every woman can pull-off the "boy's haircut" look. Carrie-Anne Moss could (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0133093/mediaviewer/rm1790701569/), but Patricia Tallman couldn't IMHO. Nothing against Patricia; she was otherwise effective in the challenging role.
