Granted, it's been years since I watched this movie as a kid, but I can remember the general scheme of things. Why do so many people think this movie isn't any good? Just curious.

I don't see KING RALPH as being a movie as THAT bad, but as being NOT THAT BAD ACTUALLY. I mean, the title alone and the premise makes it seem like it might be bad, or just a waste of time... a filler comedy... but it's pretty entertaining, especially thanks to one of my favorite buxom blondes:
