George Wilbur testifies that the chemical composition between a sample from the tires on the car the defendants drove and the residue of rubber from the asphalt are… “IDENTICAL”. In light of the new evidence that the killers car was an entirely different vehicle, despite using the same make and size of tire as the defendants, I believe should have shown a different chemical composition. Yes? No?

I think that test just identified the make/model of tyre , and backed up the tread pattern , rather than an individual tyre's DNA like ballistic bullet / barrel scoring marks do .
