When people mention embarrasing performances they always mention Keanu Reeves as Jonathon Harker.
However this has to be up there for one of those completely overracted and seriously cheesy roles EVER!
I know Rod Steiger is a golden oldie so folks don't like to hear any criticism of him but jeez! He was cräp.
In THIS mobiefillum, everybody was a terrible actor. But I think Mr Steiger probably received dollars for making a fool of himself. And for dollars you can buy stuff. Food and alcohol are very good things one can receive in exchange for dollars.
Dollars are not useless.

Check out some of he crap Pacino and DeNiro have been in the later part is of their careers. At least this is an entertaining movie. Stuff in the 80s and 90s could be bad but good. In the 2000s, it's just bad but BAD!
