Did anybody else think so?

Absolutely, he carried most of the movie.

reply

Yep, and he looked good doing it. I think this is one of my favorite of his characters. And I've been a fan since La Bamba.

he had some of the best lines too..... ''i'm b-b-b-b--bb-b-b-bad'''

The fight in the videostore at the end of the movie was also funny as hell and at the same time cool as fuc_k.

Cisco to Melvin (in the videostore): SHE DON'T LIKE YOU MAN AND I DON'T FUC_KING LIKE YOU!

The way he said that line and the look on his face was funny

reply

He was hilarious, it's been years since I've seen this but I remember the death scene.. 'It's gettin dark Mel...'

Yeah, he was hilarious. In fact, the movie was hilarious all the way through, imo! LOL! Everything that could've went wrong, did. LOL!

It's been a while since I last saw this film, but as regards my favourite Cisco quote, well, it might just be when he says "In da house!" ROFLMAO! I also liked the part when, at the hijacking, he tries to tell Melvin to stand up for himself (ie, "Stand up to her, Mel!" LOL!) and the part when Melvin tells Cisco that he can't stand the thought of anyone not liking him . . . Cisco reminds him that, "the 100 or so people that you murdered in the last year might have some relatives who do not think too highly of you." Hahahaha!

Great stuff!

Hell yeah, Cisco was one of his best characters. Funny as hell...

He was the best!

So funny the way he kept messing up.

And how he kept surviving.

"You dirty filthy kidnapping... Person!"

"(whipsering) Hang up, hang up, hang up, hang up!!!"

"(To melvin)The hundreds of people you've.. murdered for the past 3 or 4 years, more than likely have relative that don't think too highly of you!"

reply

It's been a while, but I'll always remember the part when he was dying when he starts talking about boats and dolphins then pauses for a quick second and say "Maybe we could have even shot a few." Brilliant line.

reply

Lol and the face expression he had while talking about killing a few dolphins

reply

Don't forget the hilarious improved "non-dairy creamer?" line.

reply

"You better chill with that being witty s**t!"

reply

He clearly should have won something for this role.

reply

I could not believe how funny LDP was, he nearly walked off with the film!

reply

"MAN YOU NEVER LEARN, HAVEN'T I TAUGHT YOU NOTHIN? SHE DON'T LIKE YOU, HELL MAN, I DON'T *beep* LIKE YOU!! LOL the way he said that line in the movie store.

At first I didn't even know it was LDP, because he's always playing serious roles but this movie proves he can do comedy real well
