Why do we never see Tom Cruise nude, unlike Nicole?

I mean she's exposed in the very first sequence of the movie.

And she gets exposed many times more, to the point you (almost) get tired of it.

Only thing missing was full frontal nude (down bellow).

Tom however, never gets exposed at all, not one single bum shot.

When Nicole is looking the mirror removing her earrings (nude of course and with her bum hanging out), the second Tom enters the frame the camera zooms and pans above to avoid showing him bellow the waist.

Only realized this after watching it with the wife and she complained "how come YOU get all the eye candy (Nicole, countless pretty hookers) while all I get is a shirtless Tom and Sidney Pollack?".

For an R rated film based on orgies, she's got a point.

I mean I totally get NOT filming Pollack nude, but Tom was in peak physical condition, so why not? Was it a demand of his? Then why bother agreeing to such a movie?

Thanks for posting. I corrected an ambiguity in my remark. As it was it looked like I might have meant that no one wants to see naked males unless they are gay. LOL

Those kind of people who laugh at ideas like toxic masculinity completely miss what it actually refers to. This.
Meaning they lack the feminine side to balance their muscilinity, and insecurity comes as a result, rage, hatred and voilence.
