My Desire
My desire has always been to meet a man who was part of the Normandy invasion, who landed on one of the beachheads. I don't think there has ever been a braver group of men who fought for my country.
Not to belittle other vets, or current service members, but that action, to invade those beaches. It is just amazing to me. Thank you.
