The sex scene!!!! Also a question for some of you.

I really enjoyed that one. I definitely think that they should have extended the sex scene at least for a couple of minutes. The best part was when the mother kisses the daughter while getting screwed by the devil.

How many of you out there would fantasize to something of that nature?

Be honest!!

I wonder how many people (men only) who found the mother-daughter kissing (let alone having a threesome together) disgusting,

would also find a sister-sister (twins even!) kissing/threesome disgusting (cause this fantasy is pretty common).

COME ON!

If the mum and daughter is pretty hot, then its *beep* hot...maybe I'm just a sick, lonely *beep*

I'm not denying that I wouldn't maybe feel disgusted afterwards, I'm still a human being...

I just got a really nice Private Message from a guy called 'bestreviews33', now changed to 'knicks99' which, after some deciphering I realized related to my previous post in this thread, and here is a brief excerpt:

"atleast christians have VALUES you moron. theyre innocents who simply follow written word, the *beep* is wrong with your 2 inch dick ass huh? yep you def. got molested fag. pretty obvious. only a snivelin, sarcastic, OBNOXIOUS, naracissistic, undeservingly CONCEITED little BITCH like you would moan and complain by yourself to NO ONE about something that has NOTHING to do with "film" you stupid faggit."

He titled it 'lmfao' but didn't seem to have much of a sense of humour, and if anyone would like to read the whole message, let me know, it's tragically funny!

Further to the aformentioned post, I still think this film is petty and trite, and the 'edgy' sex-scene was one of the worst parts of it. I remember a Radio 1 review at the time of release with Hughie from the Fun Lovin' Criminals saying the Devil came off as pretty petty, just going around sleeping with peoples wives and stuff, and that sums it up for me.
Although Christian mythology is overused, because it's so entrenched in culture, which makes biblically-themed horror seem very lazy and unoriginal at times, the Devil is still one of the greatest fictional characters ever created, lol, and sadly you can't have one without the other! I would like to see a fully morally-neutral and intellectual depiction of him on screen one day, something like a Paradise Lost portrayal which demonstrates the development of the devil as a character from a figure of fear, hate and superstition into a representation of what he actually means, in mythological terms: human flaws, passions and vices.
That and a film version of Garth Ennis' Preacher, and I'll be happy!
