I actually liked Donna and Jackie best, they were 2 girls without much in common but they had great kinship amongst this overwhelmingly male cast

Relationships:
Jackie and Hyde (my absolute favorite)

Red and Kitty (His grumpiness + her bubbly personality were just so cute)

Jackie and Kelso (2 conceited, stupid people together = hilarious)

Fez and Nina (his weirdness and her strait forward attitude were entertaining to watch)

Friendships:
Kelso and Fez (they were a little too close to be just friends lol)

Eric and Hyde (These 2 had such great chemistry)

Bob and Red (Deep down, Red loved Bob, even if he did get on his nerves all the time)

Jackie and Donna (I liked how they evolved from just 2 girls that hung out with the same people, to actual best friends)

Hyde and Jackie

I loved Jacke and Michael. Never understood everybody's fascination with Jackie and Hyde to be honest.
I could totally believe that Hyde liked Donna, but not Jackie.
