"That '90s Show" spinoff in the works.

Original producers are back. Husband & wife team Bonnie & Terry Turner. Says Lindsey Turner is also involved. Guessing that's their daughter.

Kitty & Red are also back. This time as grandparents to Donna & Eric's daughter Leia. Middle name Organa, I assume. Probably a stand-in for Lindsey. Bonnie & Terry are boomers, Lindsey could be a late Gen-X'er.

Showrunner is Gregg Mettler, guy behind The Muppets revival & that show where Joey from Friends plays a schlubby, stay-at-home dad.

Might be good. Red and Kitty worked well on TV

Never got into the original because I didn't care for the kids. But Red & Kitty were fun. Even if Red still talked like that sadistic bastard from Robocop.

They'll probably do as bad a job as "The Goldbergs" or "Fresh Off the Boat," inserting all sorts of 2020s crap into the story without really caring about being historically accurate. But then again, the previous two shows weren't very accurate either.

That Woke Show. Get ready, it's gonna suck. Cashing in on nostalgia worked well for Stranger Things and It, but that fad ended after maybe 2 years. I get that those were the 80's but I don't think in today's Hollywood climate a 90's theme will be accurately portrayed or go over well with fans.

You & Ameri could be right. OTOH, the Turners were behind 3rd Rock from the Sun & Wayne's World. Wayne's World did a good job tapping into the 90s zeitgeist. And 3rd Rock remains the funniest portrayal of college life I've seen from Hollywood.

It'll probably suck just like that horrible Boy Meets World spin-off Girl Meets World. Man, that show was awful.
