Wilmer Valderrama. Dude could actually act a different character

I never watched this show when it aired. But Wilmer Valderrama is always on tv in some show. I keep bumping into him where he usually plays some boring Stoic Cop type. And he always looks the same.

He doesnt show too much charisma and is not shining. He is... just there.

And then I watched youtube clips of That '70s Show with the whole Danny Masterson trial. And I was actually shocked that he was able to play completely different character in his youth. Like he was actually acting someone beside himself and was good at it.

Kinda shows that every actor sometimes can act when right material or director. I wonder what happend to him that he stopped trying to progress as actor and started playing those safe boring lifeless roles. I mean he did a good tv career and has good agent. Anytime his show ends he founds himself new immediately. Thats a good tv career.

I was rather impressed how the old cast of That 70's Show stepped into their Cameo roles so easily like yesterday on Netflix That 90's Show which will probably get cancelled now that Ashton Kutcher and his Wife sent out that letter further damaging their Career trying to backpedal defending Masterson when in fact, they should've just left well enough alone..

He got a role in "Encanto", and it hardly is as a stoic cop.

The cartoon? We area talking about acting. Not a voice over.

Well, it is hardly fair to not see voice acting as just another form of acting.

There is acting and there is voice over. Its a different thing. One can narrate cartoons but cant move their faces in live action.

I liked Valderrama in "Party Monster" where he played teh gay.
