I agree there are some major plot holes, but I think people need to stop thinking about all the little things and concentrate on the film as a whole. The acting is great, the blood and guts is great, and I think the twist with Martin and Liz's different stories is great too. Sure it's not perfect, but very entertaining and tense!
shareNope, I like it too. It was a pleasantly surprising find. It's not the best movie ever made not my favorite of all time but I did enjoy it. It was entertaining and well acted which can't be said for that much horror these days. My favorite part was how it incorporated twists but didn't try to be 2deep4you. It played on a lot of common fears and took cliches (like the mean girls and geeky kid) but used them to its advantage.
shareI really enjoyed it. Kept me guessing through the end, and really creepy. It doesn't rely on gore, but has plenty of scenes that will make you squirm.
It's one of the best films in the genre(s), IMHO. And I don't say that about many films of any genre.
Highly recommended for the connoisseur of well crafted creepy films.

Absolutely not. Maybe it was because I saw this movie when I was 13 years old, but it stuck with me and I still love it now. I've seen it countless times.
And that Jezebel song...wow.
