No conclusion, no resolution ... nothing. I'm sure you get used to after a while and can maybe even beguile yourself into thinking it was a good ending but.. that wasn't even an ending!! I've seen unfinished shows end a season on a cliff-hanger, but this was another level entirely.

shareI thought it was a bad ending too when I first watched this series but hey, it got me to start reading the manga. In a sense, the anime is basically a glorified advertisement for the manga and it did that job pretty damn well.

The show only covers about 20% of the actual story.

sharethe hell scene was pretty bad ass and had lots of craziness but to end it right there was the worst way to end the first season. I think that's why people including me think it's one of the worst endings ever to an anime or show. Some of you guys like it but in technical aspects there wasn't even a real ending it just ended abruptly without any conclusion or closure. Face it the ending blows--that's just a fact.
